  Noisy! Smell weed almost everywhere and there is ALWAYS someone blasting music out in the parking lot (for long periods) or inside the building. River Oaks has gone downhill like the rest of the apartments in this area, but especially since Greystar took over. The respectable and quiet residents are moving out in droves. I will too as soon as my lease ends.
  
  Side note: I think they're offering incentives for reviews-notice how the last couple of high positive reviews are from people who toured the apartment complex, but don't have the experience of living here.
