  I am impressed with the genuine, helpful and friendly customer service at NTB. I praise Claudio Santini, and Christopher Doral for their customer focused communication and approach to working with customers. I observed both numerous times, during several visits, interacting with multiple customers, in person and on the phone, and they both were consisently pleasant, social, courteous and gracious with everyone who walked through the door or called. They multi-tasked with grace. That was something to see! I watched as they both always made eye contact, greeted every customer, explained that they would be with each as soon as they could, while answering phones, AND while still keeping a focused conversation with the client they were assisting.
  
  The Manager, Claudio Santini was super helpful and solution focused when I presented a concern to him with the new tires I purchased. He rectified everything to my satisfaction. I sincerely appreciate his efforts to make certain I was satified with my purchase experience at NTB.
  
  I am happy with the tires. I am happy with the service. Most importantly I feel confident with my decision to purchase tires and the service plan from NTB.
