  Told I had to come in 45 minutes early for paperwork which couldn't be handed to me and until I sat down. Waited 10 minutes for paperwork that could have been handed to me when I walked in. Very rude front desk person. Wish I had read Drs reviews before I came. Fled before wasting any more time.
