  We were treated very badly when we called to see if there were any boats available. There was one boat available. So we get on the road. After driving for more than two hours we find out that they have just given the boat away to another family. When we make this comment to one of the workers Patrick he said that it was bad communication over the workers. At the end they ruined our labor day week end and we were very disappointed to find out that this place was so bad with there customers.

  On our way to Hampton's Landing Marina, we called ahead to inquire about price to launch and leave our vehicle/trailer overnight. Staff informed us it would be $20 for launch and $20 for overnight. So we planned on paying $40. We arrive and are then told oh....you have 2 axle, that will be $30 to launch and $30 to 1 night. If the number of axles made a difference, it should have been discussed when asked what the cost was. Not sure what happened in the correct information being provided, maybe the staff misquoted the price, but proper customer service would have been to honor the price that was given. You got me this time, but I will venture elsewhere in the future. Keeping driving another 0.2 miles and go to EZ Cruz Marina.
  
  Also, VERY steep ramp. If you do not have 4 wheel drive, you may struggle pulling your boat out.
