  If i could give her negitive stars i would. It was my experience that she was very unprofessional & just not a good hearted person. I had gone to her for a lash perm. It did not take for some reason.
  
  She offered to re-do my lashs but only a particular week (3/4). I explained i had a death in the family & was out of town & if we could reschedule for the next week. She did not return my texts or calls for 2-3 wks & when she did her response -You didnt come the week i told you to, you waited to long, so im not giving away free services.
  
  i was so taken back with her response & lack of compassion. Not to mention she failed to return any messages i left her to set up the apt in the said time frame! So how was it my fault "to many weeks" had passesd & she no longer wanted to do the correction.
  
  Its good business practice to respond to your customers when they make attempts to contact you rather then blaming them. Her attitude while responding to me via text was of a rude nature. I will not screen shot & post the text correspondence because i believe that to not be good practice or professional. But i would not recommended using her services for anything. Save yourself the peace & go elsewhere! Theres alot of other options!
