  Today was one of the worst experiences with this "barber shop." I tried giving them one last shot after a couple of months ago when I came and had to wait about 45 mins outside for the shop to open along with other customers, after it was supposed to open at 11a.m. When the owner finally arrived her just came strolling on in. No apologies, very nonchalant, and slow. I started going to a different barbershop after that. But my son got a ringworm from the new shop so I decided to go back to "pro stylin" today. I took my sister along with me and we waited about 2 hours after being told their was only one person next then my son could go. We saw countless people getting into other barbers chairs. The guy that I spoke with when I first came in yelled at my son to sit down, but when I asked him how much longer it would take after waiting for about an hour and a half he couldn't tell me. His tone and attitude toward us was uninviting, as though he didn't want us there. The owner was there and he didn't apologize about the wait or reassure us that we would be helped soon. I finally lost my patience and left. No one said anything, they just let us up and leave and didn't say anything after we had been there for about 2 hours. The customer service there is not there. They are hood and arrogant. You should save your time literally and go some where else because they won't care if they waste it.
