  OBP CrossFit is a world class establishment led by Nick and Matt. Nick, Matt, and the staff are knowledgeable, humble, and excellent coaches. Their fitness philosophy is what attracted me to this particular CrossFit gym. The programming and quality of instruction that these guys put together every week targets all disciplines (Strength, Power, Endurance, etc.). I highly recommend this CrossFit gym.
  
  The facility itself is a big space with plenty of equipment. It has its own private parking lot, so parking will never be a problem.
  
  In short, everyone there - members and staff - are a good group of individuals.
