  I have been a Jiffy Lube customer for close to 20 years. My franchise is like family. My vehicles have always been maintained and properly cared for over the years by this franchise. They take the time to get to know me and my family members by name. Some people get upset when services are due because they think cars will run forever in their current state. If you understand that a vehicle needs to be maintained then you plan that way and for me there’s no better option. Either you maintain your vehicles or you can have a car payment. I would like to thank Jiffy Lube for ensuring I can travel wherever I want and for giving me the peace of mind that I am protected by the best. I always give them referrals because I know they provide the best protection “Outside” of the dealership. I don’t need an appointment I can just walk in or drive up and get service and I’m usually out within 15 minutes. Complementary services after my service is a top notch. The courtesy vacuuming and tire pressure check along with the fluid top off and cleaning of my window is all free. I don’t understand why anyone would not want to protect their transportation investment without Jiffy Lube.

  When they were giving me back the car, there was a used looking air filter in the passenger seat which I thought they forgot to dispose of. When I asked the lady putting the mileage reminder sticker, she said, oh let me call someone. That someone opened the pull down storage area in front of passenger seat to put the filter left in the seat. And the excuse is that they were so busy. Isn’t this what they are supposedly good at? Being quick yet thorough?

  Very efficient and very thorough. The staff makes recommendations for additional services but doesn't hassle you if you choose not to get them. Polite and a nice waiting room. No issue getting my Uber discount at the end. My one criticism is that the vacuuming of my interior was not very thorough. Overall a great experience.
